  • Place your order online in just a few steps, browse our range of cakes, choose your favourite, and add it to your cart. Select your preferred date for delivery or pick-up, then follow the checkout prompts to finalise your order.

  • Yes. You can also enjoy San Valentino through your favourite delivery partners, including Uber Eats, and Menulog. Visit our Delivery Options page for direct links and availability in your area.

  • We recommend placing catering orders at least 48–72 hours in advance, particularly for large events or custom desserts. For urgent requests, please call (02) 8094 8778 and we’ll do our best to assist.

  • Yes. Our pastry chefs can create custom cakes and dessert tables for any occasion. Provide your event date, theme, and servings, and we’ll tailor a design that reflects your style and budget.

  • Pick-up is available from our Haberfield store between 9 am – 3 pm, Monday to Saturday. Please bring your order confirmation when collecting.

  • Yes. Delivery is available Monday – Saturday across Sydney. Fees are calculated by distance from Haberfield and shown at checkout. Cakes are transported in air-conditioned vehicles to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

  • Keep your cake refrigerated until two hours before serving. Depending on room temperature, your cake can be displayed safely for up to six hours out of direct sunlight.

  • Yes. Alongside our signature sweets, we also offer savoury platters and seasonal options. Ask our team when requesting your catering menu.

  • Simply fill out the Enquiry Form on this page or call (02) 8094 8778. Let us know your event date, number of guests, and any dietary preferences, and we’ll send you our current catering menu with tailored recommendations.

  • Yes. We regularly cater for business meetings, product launches, and office celebrations. We can provide both sweet and savoury selections packaged for easy serving and delivery.

  • If you’re unavailable during your delivery window, our driver will attempt to contact you. Cakes and pastries are perishable, so please ensure someone is available to receive the order.

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express via our secure online checkout. Payment is required in full to confirm your order.

Delivery

  • Approximately 50km radius from Haberfield.
    We deliver all over Sydney.

  • Delivery is based kms from Haberfield. The delivery rate for your suburb will be calculated at checkout.

  • Your cake will arrive fresh on your chosen date. Deliveries run Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm, and Saturday, 8 am – 6 pm. We can’t promise specific times, but if you’d like a four-hour delivery window, let us know and we’ll do everything we can to make it happen.

Order Changes

  • e’re happy to make changes to your order with at least 48 hours’ notice. Please email us your request and be sure to include your order number so we can update it quickly.

  • Refunds are available for cancellations made 48 hours in advance, less fees, and will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days. No refunds are given for change of mind or slight colour variations caused by lighting or screen settings.
